I would still think that it is a bit weird if you can make draconians without having the dragon eggs to draw the power from in the first place. it is pretty much implied that they where the basis upon which the draconians race was build. The dragons approached the wizards with the request to make the draconians, they sacrificed their eggs to do so. Bear in mind we have only seen "tier 1 tomes" so far so maybe proper dragons are a later tome? it would partially make sense to use a tome of fire. So we might not get them as a race per say but they will be "unlockable". The shadow and creation tomes have a demon and angel style evolution too.ĭraconians were originally created by wizards in lore so it does make sense that they would be an evolution unlocked by the tome of fire to mirror the frostlings in the tome of cryomancy like Dark wolf suggested. So the frostling race is now something you can evolve other races into like the orcs in the reveal were.
